A fully delivered performance review system for ~300 teaching staff across the 2025–2026 academic cycle. HR configures role-based evaluation sessions with multi-part weighted scoring (Professional Competence, Personal Attributes, Additional Qualities), audit logging for governance, and printable reports. Every evaluation mapped, completed, and published — 604 out of 604.
- Role-based session configuration
- Multi-part weighted scoring
- Multi-evaluator aggregation
- Audit logging & printable reports
- Teacher overview with grade summary
Teacher performance reviews at Presidency were done on paper forms. HR collected sheets from observers, tallied scores manually, and produced summaries by hand. With ~300 teachers and multiple evaluators per person, tracking who had submitted, who was pending, and what the aggregated scores looked like was a coordination nightmare every cycle.
The KPI system replaced that entirely. Observers complete evaluations on-screen, scores aggregate automatically across evaluators, and HR sees live progress at any point — no paper, no manual tallying, no chasing incomplete submissions.
